Cancellation Policy & Weather Conditions
The safety of our passengers is our top priority. In the event of extreme weather conditions, our company reserves the right to determine whether the sea excursion can proceed. General weather conditions are assessed 1 to 4 days before the scheduled booking date.
Modifications & Cancellations:
• Bookings can be modified, subject to availability.
• If customers cancel their reservation for personal reasons at least 15 days before the scheduled excursion date, the full amount paid will be refunded.
• If the cancellation occurs 15 days or less before the booking date, no refund will be issued.
• Modifications to reservations are accepted only if submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time.
Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions:
If our company cancels the excursion due to adverse weather conditions, customers will have the option to reschedule their booking, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
Boat Rentals Terms & Conditions
Please keep in mind the following information:
- • Rentals are available for either half or full-day explorations of the stunning coastline of South Crete.
- • Only the ID card or passport of the person who will be operating the boat is required.
- • If the rented boat requires a license, then the operator must also provide their valid boat license.
- • For Half Day Boat Rentals the departures are made 8:00AM till 10:00AM and 13:30PM till 15:00PM.
- • Full payment will be made via online payment.
- • The following prices do not include fuel! Boat fuel is going to be paid only in cash! The fuel price is adjusted in accordance with the cost at which the fuel is purchased from the supplier. LBFerries does not derive any profit from fuel charges.
