Cancellation Policy & Weather Conditions
The safety of our passengers is our top priority. In the event of extreme weather conditions, our company reserves the right to determine whether the sea excursion can proceed. General weather conditions are assessed 1 to 4 days before the scheduled booking date.
Modifications & Cancellations:
• Bookings can be modified, subject to availability.
• If customers cancel their reservation for personal reasons at least 15 days before the scheduled excursion date, the full amount paid will be refunded.
• If the cancellation occurs 15 days or less before the booking date, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions:
If our company cancels the excursion due to adverse weather conditions, customers will have the option to reschedule their booking, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
